I'm a data scientist turned fitness coach obsessed with finding the best ways to build hybrid strength and endurance. I spent a year working for Dr. Peter Attia, helping him create content for the companion course to his best-selling book "Outlive". This was a transformational experience.
I believe it's possible to achieve exceptional strength and endurance.
Some of my current achievements:
- Powerlifting: 150KG (330lb) Squat, 192.5KG (420lb) Deadlift, 117.5KG (260lb) Bench
- Running: 18:20 5KM, 1:31 Half Marathon
